We are an appointment practice, i.e. we ask you to make an appointment with us in advance. By phone, in person or online. For shorter waiting times and more time for you and your pet. We provide a quick remedy! We carry out some tests directly in the practice's own laboratory. So that you know quickly and we can take action.
For more extensive analyses and blood tests, we work together with an experienced large laboratory - usually with precise results the very next day.

Medicine for your pet
If our patient needs to be treated with medication, we have everything they need in our extensive medicine cabinet. If not, we order quickly.
If your pet is already a patient with us and requires regular medication, e.g. for the heart or kidneys, we will be happy to order stock for you.
If your pet is new to us, please bring reports, lab results and, if possible, a referral report from your previous vet.
If regular medication is administered, your pet must be presented to us annually.
Safe and well-tolerated medicines for regular deworming, tick and flea prophylaxis are available from us at any time - let us advise you!

There are public car parks on both sides of the road to our practice. On the practice side you can park for two hours with a parking disc - on the opposite side for one hour. There are also free car parks in the surrounding side streets.
We are an appointment practice, i.e. you make an appointment for your visit with us by phone, email or online. Depending on the time available and urgency, we can offer you an appointment on the same day or at short notice. If you come without an appointment and your pet needs treatment, you may have to wait.
For larger examinations or operations such as heart ultrasound, dental treatment or castration, you will first need an appointment for a preliminary examination before the actual appointment can take place. This is particularly important for older animals, animals with pre-existing conditions or animals taking certain medications to ensure anaesthesia safety.
If your current e-mail address is correctly registered with us, we will send automatic vaccination reminders by e-mail. You will also find the vaccination dates in your pet's vaccination card. If you are unsure, simply give us a call.

An operation is usually a planned procedure, i.e. there is already a diagnosis has been made, we have carried out appropriate preliminary examinations and, depending on the type of surgery, it is analysed with the help of imaging techniques such as X-ray, ultrasound or CT scan planned in detail.
