You make an appointment for your first visit with us, e.g. by telephone or online. Please arrive at the practice a few minutes before your appointment and ideally bring your pet's vaccination record, previous blood results, information on medication that is being given permanently or currently and any documents relating to previous illnesses.

Please let us know the reason for your visit so that we can place you with the appropriate specialist colleague.

At our reception desk, you will receive a registration form including a data protection declaration, which you can fill out at your leisure in the waiting room. Alternatively, you can use the New customer form in advance and bring the completed form with you to the practice.

Our team consists of very experienced staff - of course we can also deal with very restless or anxious four-legged friends. Please let us know if you have any questions.

We have a separate waiting area for cats to ensure a stress-free start to your cat's visit and our counter has an extra storage area for cat and pet baskets.

The attending vet will call you in and ask you to come to a treatment room.

After the treatment, you may receive medication for your pet. You can pay for these and the treatment conveniently by card (credit, giro) or in cash on site. Please note that we cannot accept American Express cards.

Once in our system, cat and dog owners automatically receive a vaccination reminder by email.

Our Saturday consultation hours are reserved for emergencies.
